Royal Caribbean MS Adventure of the Seas


MS Adventure of the Seas is the 3rd generation Voyager class cruise ship owned and managed by Royal Caribbean International. Built in Turku, Finland by Kvaerner Masa-Yards, with a gross tonnage of 137,307 with has a length of 1,020 ft (311 m) and a beam of 157,500 ft (474 m).

MS Adventure of the Seas are far too large to sail through Panama Canal and indeed they are true floating cities with their indoor Promenades, ice skating rinks, wedding chapels and rock climbing walls. With innovations highlighting the highest space per guest ratio in cruising with enhanced staterooms, expanded dining options and amazing recreational facilities over the sea.

Packed with all the action of the signature innovations and plenty of time for relaxation, fine dining and beautiful ocean views. Climb a rock wall that overlooks the sea or challenge yourself on the basketball court, mini gulf course, In-line skating track, Golf simulator and achieve the perfect zen, poolside or at the relaxing Vitality Spa with State-of-the-art Fitness center, with classes including yoga and tai chi. Liven up your night on the Royal Promenade, with parades, dancing and duty-free shopping deals including jewelry, perfumes, apparel and shopping for teens and kids.

A 9,623 sq foot Vegas-style Casino Royale with 291 slots and 16 tablets, 15 bars, clubs and lounges that never have cover, including Duck and Dog Pub and Jester's Nightclub.

Though adventure has been bypassed in size and amenities by the Freedom-class trio and the massive Oasis-class twins, it's still among the worlds's larger ships with a range of the most uncruise-like venues at sea. Adventure of the Seas routinely cruises the Carribean. During the first quarter of 2012, she cruised to St. Kitts with over 20,000 passengers in total, the most of any Royal Carribean vessel. As of 2012, she is based in the Mediterranean in the summer and offers seven day cruises from Malago and in the winter she depart from San Juan, Puerto Rico. Navigation of the Adventure of the Seas is regularly handled by Ron Holmes and Ole-Johan Gronhaug.


Royal Carribean MS Allure of the Seas- World's largest Cruise


The newest ship in Royal Caribbean's awe-inspiring Oasis class – Allure of the Seas, captivating unlike any other. MS Allure of the seas is the world's largest cruise currently shipping across the ocean which is taller than Nelson's Column  longer than four football fields. Together with her sister ship, Oasis of the Seas, she holds te record for the largest passenger ship ever constructed. The Allure of the Seas is just 50 mm longer than the Oasis, making her technically the largest despite the fact that both ships have similar superstructures.
Explore seven distinct neighborhoods filled with awesome new features like the first Starbucks at sea, Broadway hit musical Chicago in the main theater and favorite moments with Sherk, Po the panda and more friends in the Dreamworks Experience.

Designed under the name “Project Genesis”, she was ordered from Aker Finnyards in 2006 and her construction start at the Perno shipyard in Turku, Finland in 2008.

According to the shipyard as big as this was design length of the Allure of the Seas is the same as that of her sister cruise Oasis of the Seas. The gross tonnage of the Allure is 225-282 and her displacement the actual weight of the ship is equal to that of the Oasis, which is estimated to be around 100K metric tons.
